How does the platform fee work for digital products?
When you sell a digital product through Setalink, we take a platform fee on each sale — 6% on the Pro plan, or just 3% on the Creator plan. The rest goes directly to your connected Stripe account. This fee covers payment processing infrastructure and secure file delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact hello@setalink.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full.
